Would you like your self-development to lead you to a life of quality and abundance, in harmony with yourself?
Let me start with the fact what really is self-develompment.
Working on ourselves and personal development primarily involves addressing patterns—the conditioning and programs we carry within us that are neither truly ours nor serve our well-being. These patterns act like filters through which we perceive and experience the world. When these filters are unclear, they distort our perception and prevent us from seeing reality as it truly is.
Self-work helps us identify and heal these patterns.
But why do we do this?
To uncover our own truth and potential.
What does that mean?
It refers to a pure state of being—one that is undisturbed by the factors that disconnect us from ourselves.
These influences often shape us throughout life and beyond, holding us back from discovering our true nature, potential, and inner power.
People who come to me have been working on patterns of lack for years. It often relates to business and finance. It refers to blockades that prevent you from spreading your wings and moving towards your own potential in career development. They often refer to a lack in building relationships with others, to stepping into the role of a victim, to conditioning one’s own happiness on other people. There are also those who simply feel a sense of burden, of emptiness in their lives, and despite working on themselves, this feeling returns. They feel that there is something more, a deeper meaning that they do not know, and as a result they are unable to live life to the full.
Behind the large and vast pattern of lack that I address, there are many smaller ones: feelings of anxiety, of unworthiness, insecurity, fear of following one’s way, lack of self-esteem, not being able to recognise one’s true/real self and many more. People who come to me, for The Way to Abundance® process, are those who are comfortable with their work on themselves. People who are fully aware and have been continuously evolving for many years. However, in the area of abundance, they still feel that they repeatedly hit a brick wall. They feel helpless and feel that they keep coming back to square one, that the work on themselves does not produce the results they desire.
Why the work may not be very effective or, conversely, produce real results?
In order to help you understand why this is the case, I will give you a simple overview of the structure of the pattern, so that you can understand why the work may not be very effective or, conversely, produce real results. I will take a hands-on approach to the subject of patterns, the programmes that cause beliefs, behaviours, habits or, finally, the consequences of choices in our lives.
A pattern, no matter what kind, is a rather large structure that is worth examining from the inside. In order to understand which mechanisms of one’s own action may allow it to heal, and which will only be a substitute for working towards full healing.
We often become accustomed to letting go of certain issues only on a mental level—through a mere realization or understanding. A flash of awareness is often followed by a decision: say goodbye to this pattern, choose another pattern.
This is extremely important, but mere awareness and decision is only a small part of the work of fully healing ill-serving patterns. Let me emphasise – this is one of many aspects of successful pattern healing.
It is worth bearing in mind that all patterns are inscribed on many levels—not only on the level of the mind. Let’s look at the structure of the impact of a pattern, using the division into realms, which I often use in my work to make it easier to understand the essence of working on oneself. Please do not give too much weight to terminology—everyone feels and names things differently.
Mental body
A pattern stored in our consciousness—it can be a pattern stored in the consciousness that we have access to by recreating certain past deeds, processes, or events. A pattern can also be stored in the subconscious—in which case we will not have the opportunity to look at it only from the level of work on the mental level. Most patterns actually originate in the subconscious.
Spiritual Body
The pattern can also be stored in the superconscious—we can call this the Higher Wisdom, or the Soul. Here we tap into the layers where the pattern originated and left its mark through our Soul’s journey. Very often it is at this level that the original source of the pattern’s origin is recorded. In working at this level one also enters into the work of healing ancestral patterns, so-called karmic patterns, generational patterns etc. Only after healing on this level one can begin to work effectively on the pattern in question only in relation to the present life. However, this is not the rule and will depend on many elements.
Emotional Body
Another possible pattern is one that originates in the mind and triggers an impulse—often an emotion—which then imprints itself on the physical body, embedding itself at the cellular level in the body’s memory.
Energy Body
A pattern can also be an impulse that has imprinted its message onto the energy body—your aura, for example. Patterns stored in the physical body, as well as at the subconscious and superconscious levels, are often deeply embedded. They can remain with you throughout your life, unconsciously influencing and triggering specific behaviours.
For the purposes of this publication, I refer to these as persistent or long-term patterns. To fully heal a pattern, it is necessary to explore each of the levels discussed in order to find its source. This includes patterns that originate from the journey of the Soul, or from periods in our current life when we were not yet capable of consciously encoding information—such as fetal life or the early years of childhood. These stages are often the primary sources of pattern formation. When we become aware of deep-rooted patterns that require more profound healing, it is worthwhile to address them with someone called to support this kind of work—or through The Way to Abundance® process. This applies especially to patterns of lack that manifest in various forms, such as feelings of unworthiness, anxiety, emptiness, sadness, or discouragement.
A pattern that is short-lived and has not become deeply embedded—one we can still perceive on the level of the conscious mind or emotions—can often be healed easily and quickly on our own. I also refer to short-term patterns as those that reappear with less intensity after deep inner work has been done, or those that have only recently emerged.
SUMMARY
The blockages that separate us from my, from abundance life include mental, physical and energetic conditioning that we have accumulated since the beginning of our lives. These are the ones that have been around for years and can be successfully healed using conventional methods. This is often just the tip of the iceberg.
Going even deeper, to the very core of where these blockages come from, we realise that they’re also largely influenced by stuff stored deep in our subconscious. It’s precisely at this subconscious level—which we can only access through conscious work – that all the patterns of our behaviour are stored—patterns that have the biggest impact on our everyday lives. Without addressing and working on this level, we cannot experience complete healing; we remain slaves to something over which we have no control. Without working at a deeper level, beliefs and patterns return like a boomerang throughout our lives, and instead of enjoying ourselves, we are endlessly working on our recurring patterns.
We can also seek the sources of blockages throughout our Soul’s journey, in karmic, ancestral, generational terms, etc. These are very often the sources of the greatest blockages recorded in our lives, which can completely change its shape.

In its full scope, “The Way to Abundance®”. allows us to holistically remove all barriers separating us from the abundance of life. I share how these short-term patterns can be addressed on your own in the book “My daily Way to Abundance®”.
