Why should the Soul be my business mentor?
The Soul
The Soul knows because the Soul has a much wider scope of vision and perception of potential development for your paths, your choices, decisions and the insight into what consequences on the physical field they may bring. The Soul can estimate with much greater accuracy and precision in which direction to develop your career. It can provide you with ideas and concepts that are innovative, fresh and, above all, ones that are fully yours and right for you. The soul, accumulates its wisdom and experiences over tens, hundreds, sometimes even thousands of years. As it moves into new incarnations, it filters out, for the most part, experiences that are not supportive for us. By connecting with Her wisdom, we have access to the ones that strengthen us and serve our good.
The Mind
The mind is used for operational activities, it brilliantly collects data, but it always relates to the data it already contains, that is, to the familiar. The mind will not bring us innovative solutions or insights beyond the here and now, because it performs analyses on the basis of previous experience, of an existing life. The mind collects experiences based on present life, on learned information, patterns, conditioning – both supportive and unsupportive – that we put on autopilot in our own lives and professional actions. As we know, working to free ourselves from the patterns, the beliefs that do not serve us, can be long, difficult and often unsuccessful with traditional methods.
In the simplest terms, it is worth trusting the Soul and involving it in clarifying and undertaking so-called long-term goals, because its extensive vision will make it clear as to what is the most appropriate path for now. The mind is worth applying to everyday tasks, hard analysis, so that it can use its vast resources for ourselves in a more constructive way.
How best to let yourself be guided in your own business?
The answer is simple: to be fully and trustingly present. Example:
It can be compared to a mother and a child, where the Soul is the parent. Walking down the pavement, your child is playing with a ball that falls and rolls down into the street. You grab the child’s hand and say ‘watch out’ – this is a message, a fact – just as your Soul communicates.
The parent does not communicate to the child how many variables he or she has noticed that could have put the child at risk in a given situation, e.g. a car coming from the opposite direction; a manhole just off the pavement that is not exactly closed; a puddle into which a ball has fallen, and in which there is probably a hole into which a speeding car is about to fall; pedestrians who are just crossing the road and who could accidentally kick the ball, which would fly to the opposite side of the street; a dog without a leash playing across the street who would come running towards the ball, etc.
The child can hear ‘be careful’ and, in trusting the mother, recognises: ‘ok, I trust you, so I’ll be careful’. As you ask the Soul ‘but why’, you are more or less like that child who would ask their mum and hear a lot of information that they would not understand anyway and would not absolutely need at that stage of their development. The child would not know what to actually do with it. ‘Be careful’ and the trust are everything in a nurturing and balanced relationship, including the one with your own Soul.
