How to communicate with the Soul?

These tips are a compilation of universal, basic principles that can be conveyed in this short publication about the quality of communication with the Soul. Remember, however – just as every person is different, every Soul is different and unique. It is you alone who can work out just your best, highest quality contact with your own Soul.

Today, ask yourself these questions:

What is important in my life?

List the three most important things for the here and now. Now read these qualities.

Do they include contact with the Soul, a deeper contact with yourself, developing your intuition?

If so, congratulations, you are in the right place to reinforce and foster these values. If not, think about which place the above will take? Also think about how this will translate into your daily life. Can you find valuable time during the week, the day, the hour to deepen your contact with the Soul? Treat contact with your Soul as you would any relationship that is important in your life – with a partner, a child, a friend. Do you realise how important are attentiveness, time and your commitment to build, nurture and strengthen your relationship? Will a conversation once a week with your partner be enough to build an intimate, valuable relationship? Will playtime, time with your child once a week or a quick five minutes during the day allow  you to bond?

It is exactly the same with contact with the Soul, and the more time, attention, and practice goes into it, the deeper, stronger, increasingly clearer and brighter the contact will be. Make a resolution today that this contact will become one of the most important relationships in your life. If you do, then intentionally set aside the appropriate time and attention you wish to dedicate to your connection with the Soul.
